These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CalHouse.app ("Site") and our scheduling service ("Service") available through the Site. By using our Site or Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or Service.
CalHouse.app provides a simplified, cost-effective scheduling solution, accessible to both personal and professional users. By accessing the Site or Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. You are also responsible for ensuring that anyone using the Site or Service through your internet connection complies with these Terms.
These Terms may be updated periodically. We will notify you by updating the Terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site after updates indicates acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate your account within 30 days to continue under previous Terms until cancellation.
Browsing the Site is possible without registration. However, accessing scheduling features requires you to register and open an account. Registration involves providing personal information handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Registered users must create a password and keep it confidential to prevent fraud. If you believe your password is compromised, notify us immediately at support@calhouse.app. We may suspend accounts if misuse or unauthorized access is suspected.
CalHouse.app offers various plans with different features and service levels. You may choose a plan based on one-off payments, monthly, yearly, or other periodic billing options. If you change plans mid-term, any remaining balance will be credited to your account. We reserve the right to modify or add features, change plan details, or discontinue plans. Subscribers with "legacy pricing" may keep existing pricing until their subscription lapses.
We may offer free trial periods, after which a subscription is required to continue using premium features. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at our discretion.
Each CalHouse.app account is intended for a single organization or individual entity. You may manage different teams within an account but cannot use a single account for multiple organizations. You are also not permitted to use the Service to provide similar scheduling services for third-party businesses.
To facilitate bookings, you must link a supported third-party calendar (e.g., Google Calendar) and email account to CalHouse.app. These accounts must remain active for the Service to function as intended.
CalHouse.app allows users to customize booking forms and email communications. All content added must be your own or content you are authorized to use. You agree not to upload any defamatory, illegal, or offensive content, and we may remove any content at our discretion. CalHouse.app reserves the right to delete accounts used for illegal or unethical purposes.
Do not use the Service for unauthorized data storage, including sensitive data categories (as defined under GDPR).
You agree not to upload files with malicious software or attempt unauthorized access to the Site, Service, or connected databases. Any breach may lead to immediate account suspension, and we will cooperate with authorities if necessary.
CalHouse.app strives to ensure Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses due to Service interruptions. Subscriber liability is capped at one month's subscription fee.
You may cancel your subscription by following the steps on your billing page or contacting us at support@calhouse.app. After cancellation, access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of subscription periods beyond the initial 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms, including use of the Service for illegal or unethical purposes.
You are responsible as the "Controller" of data submitted by your customers through the Service, with CalHouse.app acting as "Processor." We agree to process customer data in line with applicable data protection regulations as outlined in our Data Processing Agreement.
Content you submit grants CalHouse.app a non-exclusive license to use for Service delivery purposes. The Site’s content, design, and features are protected under copyright laws, and you are prohibited from copying or redistributing any part without express permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where CalHouse.app operates. We reserve the right to modify the Site or its features at any time and are not liable for circumstances outside our control.
